Dani is a remarkable young lady. She is one of the most persevering and hard-working people I know. She has done some amazing things and developed great talents and as a result is in a very good place in her life. She married her true love and is now teaching history, a subject she has a passion for, to high school students in Baltimore, MD. She also has been honored with the opportunity to receive her Master's Degree at Johns Hopkins University. These great honors have been the result of diligence on her part and the blessings of Father in Heaven. Her Dad and I feel so privileged to be the parents of a truly valiant and dedicated young lady named Dani. She has blessed our lives in countless ways. We love you Dani Go-o!

Okay...you made me tear-up and all out cry. I am having such a hard time right now having had the last of our 4 daughters move away. This just brought it all back to the surface. Actually that's not hard because it's always right there, just beneath the surface anyway. I don't know if this will pass soon, if ever. But, I do know how it feels to miss your girl(s). Dani is a pretty amazing young woman and I admire her tremendously. What blessed parents you and Rob are.
ps...guess who got the first hug last night! Yeah...that's right. Your son. That's okay...I was 18, once upon a time, so I understand.
Thanks Mom. I love you!
And I made burritos two nights ago. And one time I made tacos. And I make lots of PB&Js for Kelly's lunch to take to work. And I make bacon better than Kelly. His reminded me of that part on "Better Off Dead" when the mom is like "You said you didn't like all the grease from fried bacon, so I boiled it."
I stand corrected, Dani does indeed cook (when the mood strikes her and Kelly will let her into the kitchen). Boiled bacon....blecky
Happy Birthday to Dani!!! I'm sorry I am slow in my wishes, but I do think you are wonderful Dani.
I am so proud of you and I think you are a great person! I miss you too.
I love the pictures too!!
